Application Process

EDS has a four stage recruitment process for Apprentices. Each stage is described below

Stage 1

Complete the application form on-line through this link. If you have any problems applying please contact us on ukmarecruitment@eds.com. If you meet our criteria we will invite you do complete some on-line tests. If you do not meet our criteria or we have no vacancies in your area we will let you know.

Stage 2

If pass stage 1 we will invite you to do some on-line tests. We will give you a week within which to complete the tests and it is up to you when you’re ready to do them within that time. Once the deadline is reached we will let you know if you have passed or not.

Stage 3

If you are successful at stage 2, you will be invited to an Assessment Centre. EDS will give you a presentation to explain more about what we do and the Apprentice Programme and then you will be asked to take part in a series of exercises which will test you for the skills and behaviours we feel you need to have to do well.

Stage 4

If you are successful at the Assessment Centre, we will send you an offer letter. It will detail the office address, your manager’s name and contact details, your salary and a start date.

If you are unsuccessful you will be given the opportunity to get detailed feedback.
